Professor David Wang, M.S,. is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Mercy College. He has led several NSF STEM and Microsoft grants totaling more than $1,000,000. He has served on the Content Advisory Committee for New York State Teacher Certification., as well on the Computer Science Review Committee for the joint ACM & IEEE 2001 Curriculum Project. Wilfried Dimpfel is Honorary Professor at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Germany, since 1983. He is pharmacologist and got his neurophysiological education during 1973-1974 as Max Kade stipend (New York) at the NIH Bethesda from Phil Nelson. Together with Hans-Carlos Hofmann, a physicist and mathematician, he developed quantitative EEG software for research and practice. Agata Ciabattoni is a professor for nonclassical logics in computer science at the Faculty of Informatics of the Vienna University of Technology. Dr. Tolomiczenko’s experience as a clinician, researcher, teacher and administrator helps him in his Administrative Director role to guide and run the Health, Technology and Engineering program at the University of Southern California (HTE@USC). After an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree at Caltech, he earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Boston University. As both a scientist and clinician working at medical institutions affiliated with Harvard University, his focus shifted to public health and policy issues involving homelessness and mental illness. His Masters in Public Health from Harvard University covered healthcare management and improvement. He then moved home to Toronto, where he earned an M.B.A. to inform his efforts were devoted to creating and funding programs and partnerships enabling disease-focused basic research, knowledge translation and adapting chronic disease models. Yuh-Fong Hong is an assistant professor of School of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Khajouei is an associate professor of Medical Informatics, Founder and Head of Medical Informatics Research Center in Institute for Future Studies in Health and an associate professor of Health Information Technology at Faculty of Management and Medical Information Sciences, Kerman University of Medical Sciences. He is also Director of Journal of Health and Biomedical Informatics (in Persian). His main research interests are in the area of human computer interaction, user-interface design, usability engineering and human factor engineering in the domain of healthcare with a focus on evaluating and rigorously testing health information systems to improve their usability for end users.

Amr Jamal, MD, SBFM, ABFM, MRCGP, MBI is a practicing consultant family physician and assistant professor of clinical informatics and family medicine at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He holds three boards in family practice and a master of biomedical informatics from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Amr is a core faculty member at the King Saud University, teaching clinical informatics, family medicine, research methodology and medical ethics courses at the colleges of medicine and dentistry. Amr is the program director of the master of Health Informatics in King Saud University since 2012. He was nominated by KSU medical students as “The Professor of the Year” in 2012 and 2014. He contributed in publishing 2 books, 3 book-chapters, 11 original articles, 4 abstracts in the field of clinical informatics, clinical decision support systems, women & child health, professionalism and medical education.

Professor Gunnar O Klein has spent 40 years on IT for health and medical research. He was for many years working for Karolinska Institutet, the medical university of Stockholm, Sweden both as a cancer researcher and for the development of health informatics research and education. He is now professor of eHealth at the Centre for Empirical Research on Information Systems at the Örebro University School of Business. He has made many contributions to the development of security techniques for health and semantic interoperability. He was leading European Standardization of Health Informatics in CEN/TC 251 1997-2006 and was a co-founder of the global standardization in ISO/TC 215. He is now involved in research on patient empowerment in interaction with healthcare using apps and other techniques and new innovative functions for managing elderly patients with multimorbidity. He is a member of the regional eHealth steering group and one day a week he works as a primary care physician.

Dr. Placide POBA-NZAOU is an Assistant Professor of IT and HR in the HR & Organization Department at the School of Business at University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada. His research interests include the adoption and implementation of enterprise systems, open source software, the deployment of IT in support to HR processes, and the impacts of IT in health care organizations. Peter Brooks AM MD FRACP is Executive Director Research Northern Health Melbourne and has Professorial appointments in the Centre for Health Policy ,School of Population and Global Health and the School of Medicine University of Melbourne .He established the Australian Health Workforce Institute at the University of Melbourne in 2008. He was Executive Dean of Health Sciences at the University of Queensland from 1998 to 2009 and has held professorial positions at the UNSW , University of Sydney, Flinders University and the University of Tasmania prior to that. After graduating from Monash University he held hospital and university posts in Hobart and Glasgow training initially as a rheumatologist. He has published widely in musculoskeletal diseases ,on health education and more recently on health care and health workforce reform. He is a frequent commentator on health policy and the importance of developing an evidence base in this area. Dr. Kerry Redican is a Professor of Public Health in the College of Veterinary MedicinVirginiaTech. He has been a faculty member at Virginia Tech for 33 years. Dr. Redican's educationalbackground include degrees from California State University, Long Beach (B.A., Health Education); UCLA (Master of Science in Public Health, Public Health Education); University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (Ph.D., Health Education); and University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill (MPH, Health Administration). Dr. Redican has taught undergraduate and graduate classes in public health and health promotion. He has been actively involved in development, implementation, and evaluation of primary prevention programs in various settings including schools and communities. Dr. Redican is co-author of four textbooks (Health Today, Organization of School Health Programs, Dimensions of Consumer Health, and i-Health) and has over 70 publications in health journals.

Professor Chunxue Bai was trained at Beijing Union Medical College and Shanghai Medical University. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University of California, San Francisco, from 1997 to 1998. He is the Director of Shanghai Respiratory Research Institute and professor of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. He serves as Chair of Chinese Alliance against Lung Cancer (CALC), President of Chinese Society of e-Health and Treasure of Asian Pacific Society of Respirology. His major scientific contributions are the understanding of pathogenesis of and therapies for ARDS, COPD and lung cancer. He has authored more than 500 papers, including 200 papers in SCI indexes and 30 book chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief for Clinical eHealth，Associate Editor for AJP-Lung and International Journal of COPD. He also serves as the international editorial board member for AJRCCM，AJRCMB， Chest.
